What is Jump with Jill?

Jump with Jill is a music-based health program for kids that makes nutrition education rock, offering audiences live concerts, recorded music, video experiences, and cross-curricular classroom activities.

Jump with Jill is best known as the world's only rock & roll nutrition show, the touring live production that transforms nutrition education into a rock & roll nutrition concert. Jump with Jill takes childhood obesity by storm, serving as a kid-appropriate approach for kicking off wellness committee initiatives, reinforcing classroom learning, and supporting a healthier cafeteria menu. Created by Registered Dietitian and musician Jill Jayne, MS, RD, the show, music, and curriculum are all built on singable messages that make healthy habits memorable.

Jump with Jill is both educationally sound and completely rock & roll. Armed with catchy songs, upbeat dance moves, and a hip wardrobe, Jump with Jill uses the same tools normally used to sell junk food and keep kids sedentary to get kids engaged, moving, and learning about healthy habits. We perform radio-quality original music with live vocals. Each song is focused on one healthy behavior that makes a broad goal like "being healthy" into something specific and actionable like "Enjoy Nature's Candy," which is what Jump with Jill calls eating fruit. We bring a full scale production to your location that includes lights, sets, and sound systems. The interactive teaching style of the show, which includes structured dance breaks, allow kids to dance and sing along with onstage talent. Exercising while learning about the importance of exercise? It's kinesthetic learning in action.

By making healthy choices behaviorally-focused and so irresistibly catchy that you'll need to shake it, Jump with Jill energizes and engages audiences to make the choices that show their bodies the respect they deserve.
